MacPro (late 2013, Big Sur 11.5.2) constantly crashing

It's been crashing for a while, but getting a lot worse. Yesterday 5 times!

The only issue I could spot, is that perhaps the HD needs more free space.

It even crashes when only one browser is running!

I'm lost.

Specs below.

Possible HD, but I would run Apple Diags on it. Could be RAM.
