MP 1,1-5,1 MacPro1,1 to 2,1 EFI flash

Is there a link for the method to do this? Video would be helpful as well.
I've done the 1,1 EFI flash to allow Mavs, which is where I plan to stay.
But I'm next gonna upgrade the CPU to 2x X5365 so I think I need to flash the EFI?
