Macrumors bandwidth/capacity

The latest couple of days I've often got "the server is busy" message while I'm trying to log into the forum. Today i also got, macrumors: MySQL error....

Am I the only to experience these preblems or are macrumors became too popular???

No, the site is just too busy to accept any new users.

Yes, it is. On Linux, not Windows.

sorry guys... not sure what's wrong... the server crashed twice today. don't think it's load related.

updated some software.... we'll rolling for now.

Also just as an FYI, I had found the site was down a few times in the past day (again just a freindly FYI)...

Yeah, welcome back. The servers have been pretty busy lately. Just figured it was an overload with all the new people and recent updates. Just have to remember to copy before hitting reply, just in case.
