Hi, I took out my MBP 2010 17" to use. I noticed that even it is at the latest version of 71.0, some of the stuffs on the MR sites are not displayed correctly. How do I fix this problem? Mac is running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Can you post a screenshot? It looks ok to me.

I just updated to 71.0 and everything looks good to me. Are you running any extensions?
