MacRumors Conference

What if MacRumors put together a conference of all different subjects. A group of developers for different Apple products holding talks, an Apple vintage/antiques show, bazars selling and booths of small companies selling their products...you get the picture, topics are of no issues.

Has the MacRumors team ever thought of this? I would be willing to get involved too.

The short answer is yes, we've had passing thoughts about it... as attaching a conference to a popular website is a common thing. But, the longer answer is it's complicated and risky.

It definitely is complicated and risk, wouldn't be rewarding otherwise . Well if thoughts change from the board on this, let me know.
