I was wondering if we have a Discord. If not, is it something in the works?

Having been a Discord mod, it takes a lot of work around the clock to keep things running smoothly. Having current forum mods take on those responsibilities might be stretching too far.

As a discord mod with only 300 users we manage... I could not imagine the chaos of showing people together with such polar viewpoints into a chat system where they can PM each other, delete and edit what they said, and instantly bomb the rooms with Orange Toddler 2020 or Free Canada or whatever todays political mess it.

we played around with it. it's not very active, but we also didn't really open it up in a big way.
