For this week's giveaway, we've teamed up with RAVPower to offer MacRumors readers a chance to win a set of power adapters that are perfect for Apple's newest iPhones that don't come with chargers and Apple's latest M1 Macs.

RAVPower makes a whole range of charger and power bank options, and this giveaway includes the 30W USB-C charger and the 65W 4-port USB-C charging station.

Priced at $28.99, RAVPower's 30W power adapter has a USB-C port and a USB-A port for charging multiple devices at once. It provides the 20W power needed for Apple's MagSafe Charger, so with this power adapter, Apple's charger will charge iPhone 12 models at the full 15W.

With a USB-C to Lightning cable, it can also fast charge any compatible iPhone to 50 percent within 30 minutes, while also leaving 10W available for the USB-A port. The 30W charger is also compatible with Apple's iPads and is able to charge them at full speeds, plus it works with Android devices, the Nintendo Switch, and more. The prongs fold down so the charger can be tucked away in a backpack or bag for travel.

While the 30W charger is ideal for the iPhone and the iPad, RAVPower's 65W charger works with all Apple devices, including the new M1 13-inch MacBook Pro and 13-inch MacBook Air.

Available for $42.49, the 65W charger features two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports, with the ability to charge a MacBook at 45W and an iPad Pro at 18W simultaneously. With no other devices connected, it can charge at the full 65W.

The 65W charger uses GaN technology to keep the size compact, and it measures in at three inches by 1.6 inches. It's compatible with all of Apple's devices, from Macs to iPhones, plus it works with all other USB-C devices. Both chargers have safety protections to keep devices safe from over-voltage, overheating, and short circuiting.

Prefer my super slim RAVPower 45W PD USB-C GaN charger. It's awesome in every sense of the word, especially when traveling. You can fit it literally anywhere. Just saw that it's only $16 on Amazon as of writing this.. that's a steal!

Interesting design. If you going to make rectangle box than why not beef up to 100W USB C PD so it can charge up to newer 15" Macbook Pro ? It is good to see RAWPOWER,AUKLY,ANKER,etc trying to come up with multi ports and varying power combination Wall and Car chargers. I prefer high power output 2 USB-C PD and one USB ports combination for my needs.

worst. purchase. ever.

Those ravpower chargers don't stick to the wall, they fall all the time, it doesn't matter how much you adjust the outlet connectors...

Nice, but for travel need it minimal. no international adapters for Ravpower?

I have the Mopoint 65W and love it, they are coming out with a 100W version soon, I decided to grab a couple as well.

* That is a referral link, but they are legit... one of the few Kickstarters that communicated well and delivered pretty close to the original time estimate.

The RAVPower Gallium Nitride chargers are the best available. High efficiency and rock solid construction.

If they don’t stick in your outlets then your outlets are worn out.

I have their 61w USB C charger for my 2020 mbp 13" (NOT M1...) and am very happy with it. Very powerful and compact. I don't think I can go back to the original Apple charger.

These GAN ones are good for size, but rubbish for power AFAIU.

They still max out at 100W, so plugging in say two 16" MBP's will simply split the wattage into 65W+35W=100W total, rather than giving each one 96W they need to charge while in full usage. So why bother if wanting to use & charge two devices at the same time, as they won't do that.

What we really need is perhaps a 250W GAN charger, that can do two 16" MBP's, a large iPad and another device (iPhone 12, iPad Mini, etc. level). Now THAT I'd purchase!

Promo code for the 65 watt charger doesn't work yet in Amazon checkout? Does it activate after the contest is over?

It worked just find for me. I just cut and paste into Amazon gift card/promo box at checkout. There was also a 5% coupon too. You can use both. Try it again.

Anybody know if there’s a UK three pin version of these? Or a great equivalent?

I was going to saw that the nice thing RAVPower has over Anker is that they put out 12V and work with HP laptops but I just checked and this model doesn't.
They have another 30W that does so I wonder why the change.
Boy these companies sure made a mess out of "universal" USB-C charging.
