here is an idea that I will take from 2015.....why not give us those ports back so we don't need to use the dongles and hubs? Less e-waste too right?

Not really. Apple putting all those ports in every single Mac where they largely go to waste except for a subset of users? If you're going to make the e-waste argument, you lost it. When you buy a new Mac, you keep the dongles.

Why do so many new hubs still include VGA? Genuinely would be curious to know how many people still connect to VGA over any other connection.

You’d be surprised how many companies are still running desktops using intel 2nd/3rd gen core series that have VGA. Keep in mind many old projectors use VGA as well. In a way I do agree with you that it seems odd that a USB-C hub would have a port many view as legacy, but the demand is definitely still there to justify including.

Anyway, ive bought several products by CHOETECH and all have been super reliable. My recent dual usb-c 100W charger has been fantastic.

Interesting, figured there’s obviously still a demand somewhere otherwise they’d be gone. I guess my office just dumped VGA a while ago, haven’t seen anything but DisplayPort (and a little HDMI) in years.

Funny how it has VGA but not DisplayPort.
