I’m sure it’s a great unit. The Jackery has stellar reviews. That’s likely why Honda used their unit.Looks like an interesting battery charger and I'll have to do more research on user's reviews.
I did not know that. Thanks for the info.

What I’m getting out of this post is that if I truly want to survive in the wilderness I need to have this portable power station and my smoothie maker handy at all times.
Looks great. Though backpacking or even biking with it will probably become tedious after a while - 6.6 pounds is around 3kgs (I wish MacRumors would use metric units, or at least do the math)

the exact same model from Jackery is $100 more. The Honda branding costs $100.It’s basically a Jackery unit with a Honda decal.
I noticed that there's a DC Input...
Can anyone help me understand why a power generator has a power input?

All too often they are written as though the US is the only country that matters.
Interesting that Canada is being treated as not being outside of US. That aside: MacRumors Giveaways... Why are they only open to U.S. residents?Well, for these prize-draws, that's certainly the case.
Outside US? Need not apply.
I don't mind that, though. That's just the way it is.
