MacRumors has migrated the MacRumors FAQ, Forums FAQ, Forum Rules, and Moderation FAQ to a new MacRumors Help Center at macrumors.zendesk.com.

The Help Center is now integrated with Zendesk, the customer service system we use to receive and respond to contact messages.

The FAQs and Rules haven't changed, but they should be more convenient to refer to in their new format. You can easily see an overview, click to read individual sections, follow links between sections, and use the Search box to search across all sections. There is also an index of all help articles posted as a sticky in this forum.

If you want to link to the help center within a post, you can use the following tags as a shortcut: [help], [rules], [faq], [forumsfaq], [modfaq] and [mprules]Marketplace Rules[/mprules]. For example:
[help]MacRumors Help Center[/help]
[rules]Forum Rules[/rules]
[faq]MacRumors FAQ[/faq]
[forumsfaq]Forums FAQ[/forumsfaq]
[modfaq]Moderation FAQ[/modfaq]
[mprules]Marketplace Rules[/mprules]

Great job to all the Admins who did this! Easy to find things and should make it a lot easier for new people coming to the boards. Even for some people who have been here for some time.

Thanks for the info SandboxGeneral.

HexMonkey wasn't the only one who put it together. Several of the other administrators had been working together on it for some time behind the scenes, so good job to all of them! :)

Yup, it was a team effort, mainly between annk, Doctor Q, me, and our support guy theyeomen.

FAQ / Rules should be merged (attached what I see right now).

Reason 1: they are currently placed together in the menu with little spacing between them. Most people probably expect that to be one element and miss "Rules".
Reason 2: they will easily fit on one page.

Or replace those two things on the menu with a link to https://macrumors.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
