MacRumors Members You Often or Regularly Talk to Outside of MR...

I talk to Telp pretty often, though not every day and not near as much as I used to. I'm not really a very friendly person to talk to. (I just can't come up with topics, that's all.)

But I talk to Love every day, sometimes for hours on end. Known him for around two years now, can't imagine what I'd do with my time if we weren't friends.

I often face the same problem.

I don't/haven't talked to members here outside of the forum(s).

I've come close over the years (I can't believe I've been a member for over six years!) - trying to arrange a Texas MR get-together back when I lived in Austin, and trying to coordinate with some folks in Chicago when I am there (once or twice a year) - but it hasn't worked out yet.

I don't post as much as I used to, and stay mainly in the PRSI forum, which tends to be a small little niche group of posters - so I am probably not doing myself any online social favors...

Still, I am not opposed on principle...so perhaps when I am in Chicago later this summer, I might run across some people (I am looking at you Lee) - but either way life goes on...
 
I used to on IM though I've fallen out of contact with a bunch.

I still do the odd UK meetup once or twice a year though so I've met a ton of members in person.
 
I talk to ipodtoucher on a daily basis thru AIM and texting. I also talk to sycho once in a while (mostly on facebook tho). :)

ihhh, sometimes he does, but damm i find him really annoying (soz TS if your reading this) all his 'FAKE' calls on products that turned out to be real put me off him, specially when he would bag the S*!t out of people who said it was real (look at the leaked mac mini thread)

but if you really want, im on facebook, not like i would ever talk to any of you. cept "Abstract" i like that dog
