Another boring Sunday. And I'm thinking about having another haircut, it's getting a bit long. What do you guys think?

1. Since my friends say I look like a walking anime girl, I dressed like one to throw them off.

I know what you mean, I've been told have anime hair (if wet or with product) so I've taken to keeping it short. I can't find any photos of it right now though...

VA's is different, there are some wait times but our high school did driver's ed. so that was free (one of the few that still do it). Then you only needed 40 hours to pass the class. You hold your learner's permit for a year and three months and then when you get your license it $25 for a new license every five years and anywhere from $30-$80 a year for plates, price depending on your rate of personalization.....

What do you mean "one of the few that still do it".
All of the High School's in the area (NoVa) have to do it right? It's part of my gym class this year (Sophmore). 1 quarter of health, 1/2 quarter of Drivers Ed, and the rest for Gym. I think that's how it works. And if I recall correctly, it's mandatory. Even if you don't have a permit.
