No, you don't. Well maybe you do. Dunkin coffee is bitter and weak (but that's a personal thing so 🙂), and the bathrooms go to pot rather quickly. And price-wise for lattes and stuff they're very close anyway.

Haha, I had to get used to not having a full head of hair around 8th grade 😛

I had a practice photo shoot with my photography club today. I was teaching them a few things about taking portraits, and they took this one of me that I actually liked (a rare occurrence - I generally don't like pictures of myself):

Some quick before and after pictures. I lost 75 pounds over the course of about.... 2.5 years. Used to have a 42 inch waist, now it is at 29. 44% body fat to now 6%. Quit smoking, went vegan, and all that jazz too. Just started controlling my diet and not letting it control me. Limiting caloric intake, doing an hour of cardio each day. Now I run 3-5 miles a night at the gym, 4 times a week. Those pictures are even dated, in the past month since I took those my stomach has tightened up even more. 210 pounds to 131. I guess it was more like 80 lbs gone.

Theres more pics on my site in my sig. I just suppose I feel healthier. It's nice to be able to run nonstop for 45 mins too. Anyone can do it, seriously.
One thing, I really love my coffee! That is such a great metabolism booster. Couldn't do a morning without 2 pots of it! Ohh yah! : )

Well done on the weight loss. No offence though mate, but you're not 6% bf in those pictures. Whatever you're using to measure that is off. You look about 10-12 in those pictures.
