Lol, great beard!

I'v tried growing a full beard a few times, but I just end up looking like a cave man 🙁

Atm, I'm just growing a goatee and seeing how long it'll go! 😀

Some days it don't look too bad, but most the time it looks more like a chin-afro!

I'll have to take a pic of myself soon. This thread needs more beards! 😛

Haha. Thanks. I need a new pic, it's quite a bit thicker now. I kept it trimmed until late July, and i need to shave every day.. so yeah, it's pretty huge now.

How do you feel? I'm hitting the gym and few classes too, trying to get back to my athletic shape....my problem is food. Sport and exercise come naturally to, food I eat is unnatural 😱😱

Food is something you just have to get your head around, if you sit there when your really hungry and eat fast food. Once your done think about how you feel after. Heavy, sick, exhausted and just generaly ******. Then eat something like this (tuna, salad, potato salad, coleslaw) and see how you feel.

Soon you will start to give up fast food all together.

Gym = 30% the struggle, diet is 70% of it so its something that defiantly need to be addressed.
