Technically, checking is against the rules, but you'd never know it the way these guys play. I'm bruised and cut after every game- just the way it is. Last week I think was the worst- I did not play well and got pummeled. I found bruises that I did not even realize I had until a few days after. Craziness, but fun. 🙂
