Remember, any item is only actually worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. In this case, some website (that I've never heard of before) determined that MacRumors.com was, in fact, a BLOG (???) and evidently put an awful lot of weight behind the assumption that as Apple's sales grow, MR's readers and influence will follow suit. Is the 247wallstreet.com guy prepared to write an $85 million check? I doubt it. But it might be fun to put the domain name up on eBay with a "Buy It Now!" price of $85 million and see if anybody bites!
