A homemade boat floating (can be made out of anything that floats) that has a flag with the letters MR on it. MR info required.

To make a flag, you can just tape a piece of paper to a pencil and tape the pencil to the boat.

Mostly just for K-12 and College students. It's usually 1 week but can be longer.
