The kid's DVD's are getting more beat up as time passes - 3 year olds can be rough on technology. I've copied a handful (to save myself from repurchasing) using Mactheripper with no problems. I just loaded KidPix deluxe 4 and now I get this message; FILE ERROR! Failed creating VIDEO_TS directory. Ideas? Help?

Sounds like a rights or disk space issue to me. That's the only two conditions that have caused that for me. You need to verify that the destination is where you think it is before starting the burn. I use an external drive and the product always defaults to my local drive until I make the first burn.
