MacTubes not loading MP4s?

The last couple of days MacTubes isn't loading any MP4 formats, but still loads FLVs fine. Anybody else having the same problem? Also, YouView doesn't seem to be working for me.
 
It is not working at all for me, no matter the format. VLC is having problems too (edit: VLC 2.0.5 works fine, so if you are using an older version, you have to update the youtube.luac script) . ViewTube ,ClickToPlugin and QuickTime Enabler at the moment are working well. YouTube must have changed something again.

Now YouTube changed site layout and MacTubes failed downloading video files.
I am going to release a fixed version after I solved these issues.

It's weird, TenFourFox was showing me the old MacTubes pages with 3.1.5 as the latest version. I had to manually reload the page to see the 3.1.6 download links. But the new version works great!
 
I was having some issues downloading there is a new version out as of yesterday. Everything is working fine with the new updated version. I downloaded it from CNET
