    Has anyone else had a bad experience with this website? I subscribed to their service last week, they charged my debit card, but they never provided the service I paid for. I've tried calling, emailing, support form, Facebook, Twitter, you name it, they've ignored every attempt at communication.

    My advice would be to forget these guys and never give them your credit card information.

    I've never had any problems with them personally
    What unprovided service did you pay for?

    I'm glad you haven't. I've looked online and found numerous complaints. The BBB rates them an F. Purchased MacUpdate Desktop. Email received stated my account would be upgraded within 24 hours. That was 6 days ago. I'm having my financial institution reverse the charges immediately.

    My research shows that the BBB rates them an A+.

    I received disinformation. That is why I deleted, or TRIED to delete, this post. I'm going to delete my MacRumors account. I refuse to post anything online that I can't edit or delete. I do not accept your terms.
