Resolved MacVx Advertising popups s ?

Booted up my Mac this morning and every website I go to I am getting loads and loads of popup ads powered by something called MacVx, I have no idea what this is or where it came from, but how the hell do I get rid of it.

I use Firefox if that helps.

Any help would be good as it it is driving me insane.
