This is odd, I was on the macworld.com site last night and took a look at my Activity Monitor today and now I see it there. Anyone know what's going on? It seems suspicious but it's very hard to find an answer via searches. If I quit Safari it stays there.

Have you tried cleaning out the Safari cache and browsing history? Also try a reboot.

Hadn't tried that when I posted the thread but, I have now and it's gone.

Do you have that site in a separate tab? Different tabs will have different processes that show up.

No - at the time macworld.com wasn't open in any tabs. I rarely visit macworld.com.

Thanks! Problem solved. Just freaked me out seeing a url in the Activity Monitor like that.
