Magic Keyboard Cannot Discover

Hi all,

I bought a magic keyboard around like 9 months ago and I cannot seem to find my keyboard anymore after I deleted it from my devices (watched YouTube video). I've tried switching bluetooth on and off, I've even restarted my whole machine. It's one of the new ones with touchID and the toggle power switch.

I'm not sure how I can try a factory reset.

I've had the power charging for over 1 day now, so it shouldn't be a power issue?

Any tips? Or is the only choice to try and contact Apple at a store? I'm a bit sad if it's already broken somehow.

you're sure it's charged? (check the place you plugged it in). and is your mouse bluetooth?

if you restart, does the mac look for a keyboard? (ie a pop-up window)? you can alway call apple's 800 number, any time...
