So I have owned a 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 since launch day, thought it was a great device however concerned that I never really use it enough for the investment. I must use it for about 2 hours a week leisure and a few times a day so customers can sign delivery notes and job sheets when on site.

HOWEVER, I ordered the Magic Keyboard Case to see if it would change the way that I used the device and if it would help me get the most out of the iPad and WOW hasn’t it just! Using the TrackPad is game changing for this device, there were so many things that I could not do with a finger or Apple Pencil on a web-browser (i.e drag items) that the trackpad enables makes me wonder why Apple has taken so ling to make an accessory like this earlier!

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a MacBook Pro that combined Used to provide me with most of my workload socially and professionally however there was always a compromise. The iPad with a decent keyboard that I can move in a split second, type on without having to set anything up etc has made the device so diverse that the £349 for a Keyblard case almost become excellent value for money!

I was looking for a “I heart my Magic Keyboard case” post like this — I echo your sentiments my friend!

I just got mine yesterday from Verizon (got lucky and they had them in stock). This is what I’ve been waiting for since I bought the iPP 12.9 a year ago. I’ve had the Smart Keyboard Folio 5 times (no joke) and returned it. I’ve also has numerous keyboards and mice when iOS 13 allowed mice support. None of it worked for me and I hated carrying around too much stuff just to use the iPad at a coffee shop or as a supplemental device at work.

When the MK was announced I said “Too much money for me... I’ll pass”. The more reviews I watched/read, the more I went “well, maybe”. I’m so glad I did it!

Game changing supplemental device.... worth every penny.

Enjoy yours!

Mine arrived today and i think it’s stunning! The trackpad feels so different to how it looks on the photos. It’s a keeper for me, but I think it’s overpriced by £50 or so, but it’s the best keyboard/trackpad out there. If your iPad Pro is your main device, you need to try it at least.

Until I got mine on a desk, and off my lap I really didn't appreciate it. Also, as you all probably know there is a learning curve to the trackpad and its implementation in iOS.

With the Pandemic I've not been out and about to my favorite coffee shops and brewpubs. I'm thinking the MK will shine outside of my house.

Just got mine today and can’t agree more. I had a 10.2” iPad with Logitech Combo Touch and it was plagued with disconnect issues. I finally had enough and ordered a 2020 11” and the Magic Keyboard. Pictures and videos don’t do it justice, though the complaints about your fingers hitting the floating side of the iPad when you’re trying to push the number row are valid.

Overall I’m really pleased with this purchase, and it definitely changes the way you use the iPad. A keeper for sure!

I got my Magic Keyboard this past Thursday when I saw in the mall that the Apple Store opened. I couldn't be happier with it. The price was a turnoff for me, but I did have a couple gif cards and I had put some of the stimulus check away, so I said why not. I am SO happy that I did. The trackpad is great and and it's just like using the laptop now. Works great with my 2018 11" IPP. Since Thursday I have been using my IPP for everything. It's been flawless so far. If you like to write or take notes, or even draw here is a tip for you, flip the iPad over so that the keyboard is sticking straight up, and the iPad is at the perfect angle for writing or drawing.
