I've sent my old magic keyboard for repair service and after about a week, I got a new one as a replacement.

However the new keyboard won't connect wirelessly.
It works perfectly fine when it is connected with USB cabe, I even got a notification saying that the keyboard works wirelessly now. But once I unplug the cable, the keyboard went dead. Capslock light won't turn on. I could see it in the BT preference but it doesn't connect.

One weird thing is that the battery is fully charged but once I unplug the usb cable and reconnect it again, the battery dropped to 4% immediately and start recharging again from 4%.

I tried "reset bluetooth module", "factory reset all connected device" from the dropdown menu but to no avail. Reset SMC and PRAM as well but the same problem remains. Is it a faulty device?:/
