So this new keyboard in my 2020 13" is a great ergonomic upgrade over the butterfly in my 2017 model. But, one thing I keep noticing is an extra wobbliness of the spacebar in comparison to both the butterfly keyboard and the standalone magic keyboard 2. Feels a bit odd next to all the other keys that are pretty stable. Has anyone else noticed a stability difference with the spacebar on the 2020 13" or the 2019 16"?

This is possibly the most insane thing I've ever posted online lol, but I'm just wondering about others' experiences.

I just realized the same thing. I thought it was because I dropped some (really small drops of) liquid on it. (Then I removed the key and replaced it (DON'T DO THIS IT'S A REAL PAIN TO PUT BACK)) And I guess I just didn't notice before... But you're right, it does feel differently than the other keys.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. I noticed this on a 16" display model yesterday as well. Maybe it's by design.

You find the space bar is like that on a lot of keyboards. I think most tend to have 2 clips attaching them rather than the one on a lot of other keys.
