That’s a long time for something that they have pretty much gotten the hang of by now.Apple is hopefully working on it and it is supposedly aimed for 2023-2025.

Hey look what was released today? Another M1 Mac with....count em....2 TB ports. Not 4. 2. It even has 2 more USB-C ports, making the decision to limit it even more obvious and deliberate.Yes there is. Different model, also with touchid
Unfortunately it is the difference between me using an Apple keyboard and not. It’s just not acceptable. The lack of backlit at this point is tragicomic.

Still think those MacBook Pros are going to have 4 TB ports? Lololol

I like the keyboard but I want an actual full size board with number pad so I can actually, you know, do some work
I've seen complaints about this a bunch. The lack of backlit at this point is tragicomic.
iPhone will never have USB C
Isn’t it the same on the MacBooks? You can use it as either a sensor or a button, and it will never do quite what you thought it does. Something related to power on/off, login/logout, sleep/awake.Is that a button or just a touch sensor? Confusing design.

Is this mostly a problem for people who don't touch type? Or is it that in the dark, unusual needed characters are hard to see?
Learn how to touch type.No backlight no sale
If we’re going to worry about ergonomics, I’ll also take full key travel.I wish they made a split keyboard.
No one wants to see unusual characters in the dark.I've seen complaints about this a bunch.
