Magic keyboard’s trackpad of ipad 12.9 not working

Hey everyone my niece fell over the magic keyboard and after that the trackpad stops working sometimes when i scroll up or down with two fingers......can anyone help me here ?
P.S iam in ios 14.2 and i have force restarted it twice but it didn’t solve the issue

It sounds like there was physical damage, so could be a hardware issue, and a software solution might not help. If you have Applecare+ for your iPad Pro, the MK might be covered too. You might want to contact Apple Support to see what your options are.

my magickeyboard trackpad freezes intermittantly after 14.2 upgrade. i was given a new magic key board, but the issue persists. Is this a software issue or Ipad issue?
