I've got a late 2013 rMBP and I'm currently using a Magic Mouse 1 under Windows 7 on Boot Camp. Although I'm experiencing a few BSOD every now and then allegedly due to the MM1 driver (applebmt.sys), I'm pretty happy with it.

But I've noticed that the thing doesn't work when the computer wakes from sleep under W7 and I have to turn the mouse off and then back on after a few seconds. Does any of you guys know if the MM2 fares better in this regard? Thanks for any help!

Mice not waking after sleep under Windows 7 is a complaint I've heard even on PCs.
I think the answer is to go in and disable the power management for the Bluetooth controller.

It is already disabled. I've enabled it just to see if it made any difference, but still no luck.
