Magic Mouse 2 Loose?

Could you guys check your mice please and give me some feedback... When I hold my Magic Mouse 2 by the glass top and the base I get about 1mm of lateral (sideways)movement, nothing longitudinally (lengthways). Is this normal movement or is my mouse starting to fall apart?

I get similar movement but doubt it's as much as 1mm. Nothing to worry about.

Would you happen to know if the Magic Mouse 2 will work (Bluetooth) on Mavericks 10.9.5?

The product description says: Bluetooth-enabled Mac computer with OS X v10.11 or later ...however, I thought I'd ask anyway to confirm for sure...

I'm sorry I never had the MM2 when I had Mavericks, I honestly couldn't say
