iPad Magic Mouse 2 not recognized with iOS 13.3?

Has anyone figured out how to get iOS 13.3 to recognize their MM2 yet? I have no problems pairing it to my iPhone, which is still running 13.2. My iPad Pro won‘t even recognize it as a device to connect to on the Bluetooth tabs.

Any ideas? Apparently, Apple stopped recognizing 13.2 downloads, so I cannot downgrade.

I went down a five hour YouTube google search wormhole searching this very problem and nothing worked. From what I understand people are able to get the Magic Mouse 1 to work but not the 2. 😭 If you find a solution please post it!
