Every time I place new batteries in my magic mouse the battery level will read 100 percent. It will stay at 100 percent for weeks then all of a sudden read 10 percent. Then sometimes it will rise to 18-20 percent. Then finally i will get an alert telling me to replace them. This has happened ever since i upgraded to snow leopard. Should i reinstall the mouse through bluetooth preferences?

My Magic Trackpad is doing the same thing. It's been at 12% for three weeks (Duracell disposable installed 4 weeks ago). And it had done it on a previous Energizer set. No idea why it started doing this..maybe a firmware update will be released to fix it.

Ok, thanks for the response. Thought it may be something on my end. Hope there is a fix in the future.
Thanks again!
