I finally was able to get my magic mouse to connect to windows 7 via bootcamp. That is until I restarted my computer. Now everytime I restart my computer, my magic mouse is disconnected and in order for me to reconnect the mouse I have to remove the device from the control panel, and connect it as if I were setting it up for the first time! Sometimes I'll get lucky and it will find the mouse no problem, other times it won't connect at all. Nevertheless, whenever the computer is restarted, the connection with the magic mouse is lost.

I've tried many troubleshooting tips I've found on this forum and around the internet. Nothing provides a lasting solution. PLEASE if anyone can provide some insight I would be extremely thankful!

I also had trouble with the magic mouse until I realized that all I had to do was to just click. Coming from a MS Windows world I thought that moving it around was enough. It is silly but this was my problem. Maybe it is yours too?

Wow...I real stupid. That seems to have fixed it. Thanks a lot!

also, make sure that you're Boot Camp is updated to the latest drivers, as i've had much less trouble with my magic mouse since the latest update.
