Magic Mouse doesn't flick scroll like the iphone, it only scrolls regularly

Hi, ive had the magic mouse for about a month now and it still does not scroll like an iphone does. it doesnt keep going if i do a hard flick. i've tried multiple repairings but it still doesnt seem to work.

I'm on a PowerMacG5 with OSX 10.5.8

Do you have momentum scrolling turned on in System Preferences?

Have you enabled "Momentum" under Scroll?

Ah, I found out, it is not a setting that can be set in 10.5:
