It is not with batteries, but with charging. Yes the current version is 1.9.2.Is it a lightning plug Magic Mouse or AA-battery Magic Mouse?
My AA-battery powered Magic Mouse is on version 3.0.6
My Lightning powered Magic Mouse is on version 1.9.2
I'm 99.97% certain your magic mouse firmware is up to date.
Okay, HOW did you get the updates? Simply plug your mouse in to USB port? That is how mine charges.A new update for the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad were released yesterday and my mouse has finally updated.
what version did it update to? mines is at 1.9.2UPDATE: Yes, surprisingly enough, by plugging in first my mouse, then my keyboard, into a USB port, both got their firmware updated! And, quickly!
I have no idea what this does, however!

edit: I just updated mines to 3.1.1 from 1.9.2 just needed to connect to my MBP and wait like 20 minutes.
