Magic Mouse gets stuck

Using the Magic Mouse lately it has been getting stuck sometimes when I move it across the screen. I have not booted into safe mode, nor trashed the .plist file as of yet. I was thinking about buying another one, but the problem may persist if its software related. Anyone had this problem and what was the solution?

For me, the "solution" to the Magic Mouse is to use something else.

I'd suggest something from Logitech...

I had problems with logitech mice in the past.

Were they hardware or software problems?
I don't recommend using the Logitech drivers.
I use either Steermouse or USB Overdrive, and have never had a problem with my Logitech mice.

I got a mouse pad and I think this has solved the problem. A $5 fix.
