Magic Mouse - loose battery cover

I changed the batteries on my magic mouse for the first time yesterday.

When I put the battery cover back on I noticed that it was a bit loose. When you press it, there is some "give" and it pushes in and out loosely.

There is no rattle or anything like that, even when the mm is shaken.

This is no big deal and I'm happy to live with it, but just wondering if anyone else with a mm has the same loose battery cover?

You just made me notice! I have the exact same thing you are describing!
Doesnt really bother me though, it's on the underside after all.

I just left the cover off. Works fine without it.

If you install some eneloop rechargeable batteries it'll fit snugly, because their diameter is on the larger end of the specification.
