Magic Mouse not detected

Hey,

I have a magic mouse that is a few months old being paired up with my MBA. Last night when the air woke up from sleep it failed to detect the magic mouse.

So I unpaired the device and since then it hasn't been able to detect the mouse again. I've tried replacing the battery, toggling Bluetooth off and on but neither have helped.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
