Magic mouse randomly disconnecting

My magic mouse seems to be randomly disconnecting and then connecting again about 20 seconds later, how can i fix this? or will apple replace it for me?

My magic mouse has done this occassionally the last week, coincidently around the same time I got my magic trackpad. I'm sure it's related but haven't figured out why yet.

This is still happening but has become more regular will apple replace the mouse for me as I bought it with an Imac which is still under the 1 year guarantee?
