Magic mouse right click

My magic mouse sometimes will not register a right click, well maybe 1 in 5 clicks become left click, is this normal or I got lemon?

In which applications does that happen in?

And where exactly on the mouse do you press down?
Have you checked System Preferences > Mouse > Secondary Click or have any third party software like MagicPrefs or Better TouchTool installed?

You have to make sure you ARE on the right side. The right part of the
middle of the mouse won't work.

I don't have other software installed. Clicks are made at same place which sometimes become left click. Maybe I will just take it back and ask the store.
