Magic Mouse Wiggle

My new magic mouse seems as if it's uneven on the bottom. I use it on a table and it seemed to move left/right so I put it on my MBP and it did the same thing. Is this normal or did I get a defective MM?

you mean the top moves a little bit from the bottom?

mine does that...but i also have hit it on the bottom of my laptop a few times hard cause i use the mouse on my lap

The plastic top does tend to move a little from the aluminum bottom part a bit.

Thanks. I meant the bottom of the mouse or maybe it is the top that makes it like that.
