Magic Trackpad dodgy after Sierra upgrade

Hi, so I updated to Safari 10 on Sierra launch day, and to Sierra as soon the update was available.
After the upgrade my Magic Trackpad started acting strange.
-It will select random stuff as the pointer hovers over the screen.
-It will pop up the secondary click menus for no reason.
-It auto selects links, apps, menus, window snap, and others without my indication.

I have it set to actually click to select, So it should not be a sensibility issue or that i'm using my fingers wrong.

Its driving me nuts.
Any ideas?
