Magic Trackpad keeps unpairing

This just started and it's frustrating as all hell -- I'll pair the trackpad with the iMac, it works. Machine goes to sleep -- trackpad won't connect. I then have to delete it, and repair.

This happens with my other one and my MBP too -- what causes it?
