Magic Trackpad Laggy and Frequently Disconnecting

Ever since I updated to iPad OS 15.4, my Magic Trackpad will lag out (pointer disappears) for moments at a time or completely disconnect requiring that I turn it on and off again. It still appears connected to Bluetooth. Has anyone else experienced this?
