Magic Trackpad

Morning,

I have a Magic Trackpad however it has started to play up and wondering if I can do anything.

It is mechanically fine yet it keeps cursors down and mucks up. Does anyone know how I can get it working again.

Apologies if this sounds condescending, but when mine behaves that way it's time for new batteries...not sure if you tried that.
