I'm waiting on a case or skin because I'm hoping to see magnetic back "plates" that are held on by the magnetics that add styling and minimal protection. Has anyone seen products like this announced yet?

This is what I'm hoping to see. I'm not worried about the sides of the phone so much as the back since that's what you set it down on all the time. Would love to see a magnetic "case" that just sticks to the back and protects the back and the camera lenses.
Im waiting for a magnetic charging brick.
They've already had power bricks with Qi chargers built in but the slow speed and amount of energy waste made it a gimmick. With Magsafe then the alignment of the brick will make it much more efficient. (And in comparison to Apple charging cases, it will be nice to not have the battery pack make the phone size significantly bigger)

might be expensive but you could probably hack up the clear case/silcon case to get the magnet ring out and glue it onto a Qi powerbank in the right location to make your own..
but yeah this is what I'd like - something that can be portable and charge without wires, but also will stick well enough to the phone so you can use while charging

Anyone seen anything like this? I'm currently going caseless, but would like to protect the back and camera.
I would like the same thing if possible. Currently using a Moto Z3 and it has a similar magnet system on the back for attachments. However, I just use a leather back to keep the rear of the phone from getting scratched when I place it down on surfaces, and it also helps the gripability of the phone. It adds minimal thickness. Has anyone made anything like this for the 12 yet?
