So since the port is charging only, thinking about getting something like this to permenently reside in the USB port https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000571345463.html maybe get a few cables for work, home office and bedside. Anyone using something similar?

Please let me know how it goes!! I'd be very interested but would like to see confirmation that it works well without reliability or speed issues.
It's a great idea because it appears that USB C port is recessed deeper than the rest of the case so it won't get annoying having something hang off the side.

Are these safe/reliable? They appear to be cheap and I wold be concerned whether the quality would be reflective of the price?
Are there any other brands that offer this MagSafe type option?

I found the leads I have on eBay. As I know they are good I’ve ordered another 4 as spares as I have them dotted around the house and in the office
