Seatguru is pretty good - the seats usually vary by airline. The ones cutting budgets will purchase and install the cheaper seats! If you've ever flown any of the smaller carriers especially in non western nations you will know!

Why not just get a battery pack:

Sort of spendy but it can charge your iphone too!
