MagSafe Battery Pack Charging Abnormally Slow

Hey folks, I’ve attached the battery pack while using my iPhone 12 Pro.
No matter how light is the task, my iPhone battery drains faster than charging.
So it does not prevent my phone from dying while outside if I attach the battery pack to a 5% battery iPhone.

Last night I put the pack on while sleep, this is how much it charged this morning.

Over 6hrs it only changed ~30%. Am I having a faulty unit?

Returned mine a couple of hours ago, a Smart Battery Case would suit my use better. I like the concept though.

I got a replacement today.

Now the charging speed is as expected.

~ 3hrs my phone charged from 5% to 60% with moderate usage

Maybe it’s not abnormal at all. (j/k)

5w charging is painfully slow anyway.
