Anyone going caseless and using the MagSafe charger frequently? I’ve been wondering if it would start to scuff up the back of the phone over time — it seems to really grab ahold of the phone when connecting and removing from the puck...

Do what I do when I charge the iPhone with MagSafe without a case, take some paper, a paper sack, or similar & cut it in a round circle just larger than the charger and put it between the MagSafe charger and iPhone. No need to worry now. I folded the paper in half and doubled it. Charging works just fine

however when I’m charging overnight, I use the lightning cable and 5w charger from the older iPhones. It seems to charge pretty quickly with that option.

Putting the paper between the MagSafe and iPhone is good...

however going ceaseless all the time isn’t. I know it’s a beautiful iPhone, I know we all want to admire and show it off, but the reason I don’t go caseless is because the cameras stick out on the back and they are going to get scratched all up and paying $1400 for an iPhone, I’m nervous that I’ll drop it. So the iPhone leather cases are what I use when charging and for protection. They are thin enough to not add bulk.
